Nancy Rothwell is a Certified Ketogenic Health Coach and a Carnivore Coach. Her mission is to educate, support, & encourage others to achieve their goals using a Ketogenic Lifestyle approach. 

Prior to discovering Keto, she was bulimic suffered in silence with bulimia nervosa. Her first “official” weight loss program began at the age of 17-  on Weight Watchers. She also suffered from Lyme disease and through the help of the Ketogenic Diet the pains and symptoms she’s had since 2006 after battling Lyme Disease have diminished or disappeared.
