We make hundreds of food choices every single day. With that many choices we have to delegate many aspects related to the food that we eat to our subconscious mind. 

Dr. Brian Wansink, who is a researcher at Cornell University has studies the subconscious eating habits of people in an attempt to help people eat less and stay thin without thinking about it. 

Today on the podcast, I review some of the strategies that Dr. Wansink shares in his book Mindless Eating and add a few of my own tips as well.
