Jon Brooks is a reformed investment banker turned real estate Mega agent and coach, who then co-founded a “disruptive” innovative brokerage, Momentum Realty, before pivoting to become a Marketing Manager of Integrity Mortgage Group. Since Momentum’s inception in January 2020, it has attracted 70+ real estate agent business partners who are on track to close more than $250+ million in residential real estate sales over the next 12 months. In a similar vein, Integrity Mortgage Group has ballooned since its inception in Jacksonville in May 2020 and is on track to close $75M in loan volume over the next 12 months. Throughout Jon’s career, he has worked at the intersection of finance and real estate, finding better ways to invest. Jon strives to always balance his profession with a purpose and desire to build a life by design with others who are big dreamers. Jon is an active member of GoBundance and received his B.S. degree in Finance from Virginia Tech, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Jon now resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife Brittany, daughter Evelyn, and two pups.
