Baddie- you can not thrive and stay accountable with your goals when you are running on straight survival mode/stay alive mode!

The 4 types of survival modes are:

1) Fight

2) Flight

3) Freeze

4) Fawn

Which survival mode are you constantly in? Always running away from your bills? Your business? Feeling like you have to fight your co-workers daily? Procrastinating on your goals? Being a bit too accommodating?
