KRAG: Shooting and driving are sexy, but soft skills land the job

“The young guys, I think the guys coming in there is the hard skills are required, the hard skills are the sexy part is shooting, the driving, the all that type of stuff, the movements, but the soft skills are what are gonna get you to work.

“Try to learn as much from the old guys as you possibly can. That's, that's, you know, that's what I always ask for, you know, always be a student, always ask, you know, questions always, you know, why did we do this? Why did we do that? Learn as much as you can as quickly as you can so that you can be you know, viable part of any team.”
