Max, Ryan and Marc are joined this week by former All Black and current Bristol Bears coach and prop John Afoa to hear about life in the front row. John chats us through his phenomenal career from lining out in schools rugby alongside the likes of Joe Rokocoko and Jerome Kaino, before playing for the All Blacks and then travelling north and lining out for Ulster, dodging initiations at Gloucester and finishing up at the back of the bus at Bristol.
