Every one of us has the capacity to lead, however, whether or not we choose to lead is a different issue.  In this episode, Jimmy reminds us that as leaders, we must accept the responsibility that the identity of a leader will become whatever we want it to become, and what others believe our work demands and how they see it, is also on us.
