Intermittent fasting, what our ancestors knew as "eating when we find food", has become a popular nutrition trend recently and for good reason. 

Intermittent fasting can help with fat loss, detoxification, gut health, blood sugar control, and much more. 

I often get asked questions by people about intermittent fasting, so I wanted to record this episode to hopefully answer a few more questions. I will probably have to cover this topic a few more times in the future.
