His health journey continued to evolve, with hypothyroidism joining the mix at the age of 16, and at 22, he was confronted with yet another hurdle—Addison's disease.

But Jack's story is not one of defeat. As an adult, he turned to the power of a balanced diet and exercise to regain control over his health.
