For a while now we heard mention of Lashawn's therapist Amanda Davis, well today she's here to join us as we discuss the mental health of black men, breaking the stigma of going to therapy and her new program called "Crown Your King" where we acknowledge men for doing great things within our community. With the heartbreaking tragedy of losing Oluwatoyin Salau a Black Lives Matter activist who disappeared on Saturday, June 6, 2020, shortly after tweeting about being sexually assaulted the guys challenge themselves by figuring out all the ways to protect black women going forward in hopes this will never happen again.
