Boris, Oshi, Albert and Leo are friends. These friends have purchased over 1400 apartment units over the last 5 years. They just closed on a 384 unit building called Rolling Hills in Lancaster, Texas. They have come along way from their first purchase of a two property portfolio of 55 units.
