Lukas is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and also received his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the US-based Project Management Institute (PMI). Lukas initially pursued a career in Nuclear and Mechanical Engineering and worked as Project Lead at OPG overseeing projects up to $100M in value. He quickly realized his passion for construction drove his deepest ambitions and started life as a entrepreneur in the custom home building space. His success with Lifestyle Custom Homes was followed by further achievements in building up LCH Developments to a reputable GTA Developer.

 Armed with the technical skills and business know-how from his previous work experience, Lukas is on a mission to build another successful company with Elevate CM. As a Managing Partner, Lukas provides valuable leadership in business operations, growth strategy, stakeholder relationships, and innovation. Lukas is driven by innovative engineering and construction techniques, and finding efficient new ways to deliver projects for clients.
