Discussing politics and military strategy is not my forte at all. However, Jeff Nichols (https://www.performancefirstus.com) and I had a difference of opinion regarding the leaders created by Service Academies and vaccinations. Military Leadership and politicians will be something a tactical athlete in the military has to deal with at some point of their career. Learning how to discuss different opinions is a skill we all need to improve upon because dismissing someone’s reasoning and experience can prevent a thorough understanding of any given situation. 

Opinions – we all have them. Knowing how to deal with all types of opinions is a skill and something you need to develop.  Learn how to listen to each other regardless of the situation and lastly – Stop Being a Troll.  Trolling is not helpful to any one involved.
