Broccoli is one of the healthiest foods on the planet. It is rich in chlogophyll, indole-3-carbinol, carotenoids, vitamin K, and the powerhouse nutrient sulphurophane. The combination of nutrients in broccoli make it a powerful food to protect against the development of cancer and to aid the liver in detoxifying the blood.
