When leaders can see themselves and how they are wired, from the most accurate lens possible, they are able to learn to live within their limits. Today we are throwing it back to the beginning and discussing the Core Values Index (CVI) tool that we have been using for 13+ years. This tool has been an integral piece of the work we do here at Living Wholehearted whether it is utilized with individuals, organizations, marriages or families, it has proven time and time again to give people a roadmap to healthier relationships with themselves, in the workplace, and in their personal lives.

We are Jeff and Terra Mattson, a husband and wife team, and co-hosts of the Living Wholehearted Podcast. We are the founders of Living Wholehearted, a professional counseling, executive coaching, and organizational development firm outside Portland, Oregon, helping leaders live and lead with integrity. Our amazing team of professionals who have excellent character and competencies, are coming alongside leaders in the home, work and community, providing confidential and safe places for leaders, their families, and their teams. We co-authored the book, Shrinking the Integrity Gap: Between What Leaders Preach and Live, and are raising our two teen girls on 5 acres in the Willamette Valley of Oregon. Bridging the gap between Biblical truth, clinical expertise, and trauma-informed relational wisdom, we are currently engaged in executive coaching, organizational development, writing, speaking, and training pastors, counselors and leaders.
