Antioxidants are great! They help us deal with some of the damage that our body experiences in response carrying out the functions that keep us alive. 

However, in the case of exercise this damage may actually be a good thing and there is some research to suggest that antioxidant supplementation may blunt the beneficial effects of exercise training. 

Today, we are going to dive into some of the science on this topic and discuss whether you could be preventing yourself from getting the most out of your exercise training session inadvertently by supplementing with antioxidants near your exercise training session.
