Big episode! Had a great time learning about Patrick Reagan and how he found ultra running along with hearing about his 13 hour 100 miler.  Fun time with a Coconino Cowboys doing the intro, nice to hear pre-race thoughts from both Eric Senseman & Tim Freriks before the Black Canyon 100K.  Lastly, hear a Sean O'Brien 100K race-recap from Courtney Dauwalter, who just won her Western States golden ticket.
