This week, I catch up with rural mum Liz Mecham from Victoria. Liz has suffered one of the most horrific losses imaginable. Her husband Pete died suddenly last year, leaving her and their four beautiful children behind.Liz is not what I expected... in the most amazing way. She's unashamedly open and raw about her very personal journey with grief.
