Bruce Petersen is a real estate investor and entrepreneur. He is a syndicator of large multi-family deals in the central Texas market. Bruce self-manages through his own property management company, Bluebonnet Commercial Management. He has been investing in real estate since roughly 2000 and began syndicating multi-family in 2012. Bruce has started a multi-family investing podcast with another GoBro, Devin Elder that they should have up on itunes and the like within the next couple weeks.

Bruce has won the National Apartment Association Independent Owner of the Year for 2017 and coaches others on how to successfully invest in multi-family.
