Man…anger is a bitch! It’s one of those emotions we are all familiar with and yet it’s one of the most difficult emotions to manage. Not only that, we tend to pile shit on top of shit we don’t deal with in the first place and wonder why we explode on others who really haven’t done anything to us! You don’t have to hold on to that anger y’all…we can learn to let it go.
