Nugget Of the Day: “Forget About Me I Love You

This quote leads us into our guest today Mark Dowdle. Dowdle and I have played on the same college football team, coaches together and have been constantly helping each other find the path of improvement through our late night hot tub talks. He is one of the most motivated and driven people I know and is one of the few I consider to be looking at me and not up to me. One that when I’m off the path will put my ass back on it. He recently just finished up Calendar club which had him run 471 miles and 7+ marathons in April. Today we talked about Finding your meditation and the process of growing as a leader and person.
