The intentions behind these spiritual self care showers, is mainly to reground myself to my TRUE, AUTHENTIC SELF. It is to reconnect and recharge to my divine feminine power.

In a culture where working, grinding, building, and providing is the norm, it is very important that we don't exhaust ourselves by tapping way too much into our masculine energy and not enough into our feminine energy.

The feminine energy is all about relaxation, surrender, release, receive, and reconnection to your Self, which is what this shower ritual is all about.
