You see it all the time on my IG stories..INTENTION CANDLES ARE MY GO TO! Before embarking on a new journey, project, launch, vacation, etc I set my intentions by lighting up an intention candle!

However, just recently I have been getting the download to set intentions for EVERYTHING.

Yes girl...when I wake up, shower, go on a walk, drink my water, eat my meal, wash my car.. everything! And let me tell you, they are GAME CHANGERS.

Setting intentions allows for you to set the tone for the energy in which you wish to approach something with. Whether that be sitting in silence, releasing old energies, connecting to yourself, loving yourself, relaxing, surrendering, etc

Set more intentions more often, and I promise you will be shook at how powerful these babies are.. and so easy!
