Rejection: What can we learn from it?

THAT is the question we need to be asking, not "How can I avoid rejection?" Because we can't — failure and rejection are just parts of life. It's also a part of your journey as an artist.

Rejection doesn't mean you suck. Hell, even the greats faced failure and rejection. Any time you fall down, it simply means you're showing the eff up (and learning along the way). But to reap all the benefits and lessons that come from experiencing rejection, you have to first shift your mindset.

Failure can easily knock us down, but it's how we get up that counts. And in this episode, I'll show you a few ways to do that (as someone who has experienced rejection many, many times).
