Today we connect with a woman who is the definition of Sexy & Fit, Zlata Sushchik. Creator and owner of the SexyFit program and the SexyFit podcast.

A woman who was born and raised in Moscow, her biggest struggle in life was moving here to the states and making that huge adjustment. Her independence felt lost, as she moved to Alaska a desolate place of living that made her feel stuck in all sense of the word.
