Journaling is not something new here on the Baddie B Mindset Podcast however it is still one of those things that seems like a drag to do. Trust me I feel it -_- .

However, my most recent breakthrough came during a journaling session where I wrote out my thoughts on paper and realized how silly they were!

With the mind producing around 60,000 thoughts per day, it is extremely important that we are keeping tabs on our thoughts. Most of those thoughts are illusions of the mind that oftentimes are self destructing and disempowering AF.

As Brooke Castillo said it herself:

"An unsupervised mind is a two year old toddler running around the house with a knife."
