Hello my beautiful Baddies and welcome back to the Baddie B Mindset Podcast! I hope you ladies are getting some sun and enjoying this summer to its fullest!
Today on the pod I'm bringing 10 things that may be lowering your vibe without you necessarily noticing it or realizing that it is doing so. From scrolling on social media, to neglecting your self care, engaging in gossip, etc it's all low vibe AF.
As many of you guys know, I am in the process of creating my signature program, Baddie B University (psssst next launch is coming in September) and one thing that comes along with it has been being nailed down to my laptop all day, everyday which obviously was lowering my vibe little by little and eventually led me to burn out and to sickness!
Of course, I was forced to rest and relax which led me to making a list of all the crap that may be lowering my vibe. So much clarity came from this experience that I decided to whip out the mic and chat about it with you cause I know you can relate! I have zero doubts that you will gain so much from this podcast and can't wait for you to hear it!
