Today's podcast episode was highly inspired by my recent experience cutting off everything that was no longer serving me or lighting me up. From breaking off relationships, to quitting my job, and dropping out of college.. I feel FREE. For the first time ever I have actually allowed myself to do whatever the F I want to do! & no it was not easy btw :').

Being selfish af means doing whatever the fuck you want to do and not doing the things you don't want to do, UNAPOLOGETICALLY. Being selfish af is also a love language you express towards yourself because when you are purely doing the things your soul craves, you are telling yourself that you are important and that you take your desires seriously.
