Let’s change our thoughts so we exercise because we love our bodies and want them to function properly for a long time and it is good for our mental and emotional health. Let’s find a compelling reason for physical activity and then find a fun way to stay in shape and get some exercise. I start by answering a listener question about how we can know if a friend is struggling with depression and what we can do to help.
