Episode 50, what a milestone for the Pool Chasers community! In this episode we thought we would do something a little different and give you a more behind the scenes look into our journey with Brothers and Pool Chasers. We thought it would be beneficial to interview Tyler’s wife Megan and get her perspective of everything. We believe that we all need someone there in our corner cheering us on, whether that be a spouse, parent, or mentor. Our wives have been so important in our process as entrepreneurs. They are our backbone and one of the main reasons we can do what we do.  

We touch base on many great topic's, many of which we survived ourselves. Building a company is a long hard process and many times we can forget that our families are along the ride with us. Communication is key to making the daily grind work. We discuss being supportive of one another, creating a schedule that works for the whole family, what we did to get through the messy middle, and the importance of work life balance. No matter how tough things get, remember that it is just for a season and keep your eyes on whatever goal you have set for yourself, your family, and your business.
