In Tom's absence, one of Scotland's distance running greats, Fraser Clyne guest hosts TRS and we talk about Tom's solid run at Boston Marathon. We also get a live feed with Tom straight after the race to tell us about his initial reaction(and a few rants!).

Fraser goes off tangent with Kyle and we get some fascinating stories on some of his marathon ups, downs and funny moments. Fraser gives a Run Balmoral preview and we discuss local results and some superb rants!
