By far the most frequently asked question I see popping in and out of my DM's is "Steph how tf can I start to love myself?"

Coming from someone who used to STAY Googling and YouTubing: How to love yourself, trust me when I say that I FEEEEEL you on this one!! I remember being left so mf annoyed at the fact that even after watching endless videos and reading countless blogs, I was always left feeling the exact same way ..insecure AF.

Today's episode does not list out steps 1-10 on how to love yourself because loving yourself isn't a step-wise process. Today's episode is about becoming aware and more intentional with all of the ways you can start to selfishly love yourself.
