Amos' note of clarification: In 16:57 I talk about the legal requirement of a sole intent. I want to be more accurate: what I meant to say is that when intent is inferred from the perpetrator's actions (and not words), it has to be proven that the genocidal intent is the only reasonable intent which could be inferred from these actions ("form of conduct").
