Happy Black History Month!!! It has been a very eventful month so far and I'm looking forward to what is to come. I recently spoke at the Black Mental Health Conference in Durham at the beginning of the month. The amount of knowledge I received from other Black clinicians and the connections made were astronomical! The next opportunity I had was to speak on health and relationships and y'all...that lead to some passionate conversation about intimacy and communication.
