As a Specialist Abuse Practitioner, Szara raises awareness, educates and offers to help you pop on your cape, helps you tie it, whilst supporting you to recognise your superpower...YOU!

Szara uses her 30 year experience and immense training to support Individuals, Groups, Charities and Community Interest Companies with Abuse and Trauma programmes, consultations, training webinars and Individual 1-2-1 sessions.

Szara is also a rhyme writer, where she uses her rhymes to plant seeds in order to help us all to live a safe and happy life.
