She joined Notion three years ago as their first talent hire leading the Tech Recruiting Team. For the last two years, she’s been leading Talent Ops & Recruiting programs at Notion and has helped the company scale from around 30 to almost 600 employees. Tianna’s also helped both Lyft and GitHub in their hyper-growth phases as a recruiting leader. She has over 15 years of experience in the People/ Talents culture building space. She’s worn hats in most people functions people ops, HR, recruiting, programs, and enablement and is launching her own consulting firm
