In this week's results we cover results from the State 1500m Championships held on Friday 7th March where Max Shervington and Hannah Doyle taking out the open crown, along with the much-discussed Secret Rocky Runners Beachside Run on the Sunday 9 March.

Simon interviews show-favourite and who we think is the ultimate Weapon of WARP, Kate Baker. We cover the many amazing things Kate has achieved on the roads in WA and abroad, including a marathon PB at Chengdu last year and potentially going for the three-peat at Rottnest Marathon later this year. We talk her competitive mindset, her 'why' and the comeback from disappointment to winning everything in 2024.
