Garlic has been used medicinally for thousands of years and the scientific studies that demonstrate the myriad of health benefits of garlic are nothing short of extraordinary. From reducing blood pressure, reducing cholesterol, and preventing the common cold, garlic is a nutritional powerhouse and I am excited to share some of this information with you in this episode!
