Your state of being (how you think and feel) is what determines your reality. In other words, you are the only one you can truly get in the way of your own success.
Reframing low quality thoughts such as "I hate my body" into "I have a body" or "I accept my body for how it is today" will shift your energy, mood, and mindset into a more aligned state of being and thus your external reality will soon be a reflection of that.
