Tammy Lovett takes the women's win with 25 yards. We find out who wins the Bix Gel bet and whether the Peter Pan magic of Dane Sproxton was enough to give Chris the gels. 

In this week’s interview we chat to a local legend in the WA running community Rochelle Di Masi, head coach of PR Run Coach.
