When it comes to the medicines I enjoy most, nothing beats movement. For me, movement is a way I express my unique, individual experience of life. Movement is what helps me connect with other humans who are allowing the vibrations of life to sing through them & movement is ultimately what has allowed me to see myself reflected in others & have the ability to experience the oneness that all the great consciousness teachers of the past spoke about so elegantly. Today’s guest on the show is not only a returning guest who specializes in movement, but is also leading the charge in helping men re-discover the beauty & freedom associated with dance through his program, disco for dudes. I know for me, I had many stories running in the background of my life at one point that told me I couldn’t dance so therefore I shouldn’t & have learned first hand just how liberating it is to be able to throw those stories to the curb & dance like my life depends on it & much of that influence came from this free flowing expressive soul that I am fortunate enough to call my brother in flow.
