Happy Easter everyone! No results to cover this week, but on this Easter Monday we got chatting to the wonderful Sarah Greenwood, winner of last weekend’s marathon at the 2025 Bunbury 3 Waters Running Festival. 

Chris continues to run despite a dodgy knee and Simon survives his first hills and alternating km workout sessions as part of the Gold Coast build.
