Today’s episode I want to focus on something that struck me during my second Ironman - relishing the experience. I will talk about the difference of what will happen if we celebrate the win over not celebrating it.
We forgot to celebrate the fact that we finished, and the fact that we are there experiencing it. Just like in the journey of losing weight we don’t really appreciate the progress that we made. No matter how small or big it is, keep moving forward!
