I probably don't have to tell you this, but…social media isn't giving you the full story.

It's really easy to play the comparison game when you see people (successfully) selling their art online. I'm guilty of it, too.

The truth is, most artists don't JUST sell on social media. More than likely, they're using multiple channels to show their work to potential buyers. It's never JUST about posting a picture of your work and watching the bids roll in.
