As a veteran in the automotive business of almost 40 years, Jim Huard has a ton of real life, industry experience and prides himself on processes and procedures. 
Growing up in the industry he was able to develop these processes and was brought in by both Caliber Collision and Fix Auto to help run their shops more efficiently. He now owns his own facility, Painters Collision Center, and is here to talk with us about some important things he's learned along the way and a sneak peek at what those processes look like that has made him so renowned!
