In this episode, we sat down with David Sargent and Matt Lopez to discuss the Riptide Pool Vacuum System. We really enjoyed this episode because it dives deep into how their idea turned into a product. By embracing feedback from customers, they have taken the original prototype and shaped it over the years to create the best customer experience possible. Being across the table from these guys as they told their story was truly amazing. You could see their eyes light up when they were talking about each little detail that they have invested time and money into perfecting. That sparkle is rare to see, but it shows that David and Matt are truly passionate about what they have built.
