It may or may not surprise you that this skill is NOT taught in many American educational institutions anymore. It seems our educational model is more "memorize and regurgitate" over "analyze, ask questions, challenge, and understand". So we invited an educator in critical thinking skills, Kathy Gibbens, host of the "Filter It Through A Brain Cell Podcast" where in 5 minute segments she teaches parents and their children how to think critically.
