Kevin McGrath began his commercial real estate career in 2007 and in that time has been involved in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of more than $1 Billion in industrial real estate. Mr. McGrath is responsible for business development and asset management, which include deal sourcing, capital sourcing, establishing and maintaining relationships with operating partners and ensuring successful investment execution.

Prior to Cardinal, Mr. McGrath was a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Columbus, Ohio. While at CBRE, he held the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. Mr. McGrath graduated with a B.A. from Miami University.
