“Q” and chief evangelist for MABA – Make America Burpee Again, a worldwide challenge in which participants attempt to do 100 burpees a day every day in January. Last year was year 3, and 848 men, women and children on five continents completed 1,942,169 burpees. The goal of MABA is to end male loneliness. It’s impossible to be lonely if you’re doing 100 burpees a day outside in the freezing cold with your friends.
