When it comes to the subject of health, there are endless side quests one can go on to create harmony in their physical, emotional, mental & spiritual well being. This being said, it begs the question for all of us on this collective journey of health to ask ourselves, where do we start? What I have found in my own health journey is that this is the hardest part, especially with the endless amount of info available today on the ever expanding topic of health. For me, this is why I work with holistic health coaches who can help me go from analysis paralysis with regards to health to a state of empowerment with knowing where to put my energy to allow my health to thrive.
